Our Fleet Maintenance staff works closely with duty personnel to ensure that all apparatus, tools & equipment are ready to perform their intended purpose. A database Work Order system on our secure server facilitates and funnels all items found to be malfunctioning into a single file for fleet maintenance personnel to review and make necessary repairs. Work Orders are then status flagged "OPEN" or "CLOSED". This helps prevent repeated complaints of the same issues.
All commissioned apparatus, staff vehicles, tools and equipment are inspected on weekly and monthly intervals.
Assigned Personnel also assist the administrative staff with equipment specifications for new purchases.
